With over 20 years of experience in Federal government real estate and private sector brokerage, Stuart has been active in assisting clients with resolving a variety of Federal property issues.

In addition to the valuation of unique Federal assets, we have provided services that include the sale and leasing of government tenanted properties, consulting with regard to acquisition of these assets (particularly GSA and USPS), and the analysis of prospective transactions.

Our work with international, foreign-based clients has been completed through our association with Genesis International, LLC.
