Prior to beginning SISmithLLC (formerly MillenniuM Real Estate Advisors, Inc.) Stuart was:

• Executive Director of the General Services Administration (GSA) / Public Building Service
• Official in the Executive Office of the President of the United States (Office of Management and Budget) assigned to government owned real estate
• Director of Budget and Planning for the US Customs Service
• Valuation Manager of Cushman & Wakefield’s DC Office
• Official in the Office of the Secretary of the Treasury

Mr. Smith specializes in complex commercial properties and has experience in providing expert witness testimony. He is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute and a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Stuart is married with two sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.
